Under the direction of three principal architects, our firm offers comprehensive architectural services including Architectural Design, Interior Design + FF&E Specification, Feasibility Studies, Construction Administration services and more.

PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT
Joshua Schmidt, AIA, NCARB
Joshua is a Principal Architect at Archforma with over 15 years of experience in architectural design and project leadership. He has led a wide range of projects across Wyoming and the surrounding region, guiding clients from initial concept through construction. His experience spans diverse project types, allowing him to navigate complex requirements while maintaining clarity and efficiency throughout the design process. He brings a balanced approach that integrates creative problem-solving with technical expertise, ensuring projects are both inspired and well-executed. Known for his collaborative mindset and attention to detail, Joshua works closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver solutions that are practical, sustainable, and enduring. His dedication to quality and communication helps ensure every project is delivered with creativity, precision, and purpose.

Jamie Winters, AIA, NCARB
Jamie brings more than 22 years of experience in commercial architectural design, programming, feasibility studies, project management, and construction administration throughout Wyoming, Nebraska, and Colorado. Early in his career serving first Omaha, then Western Nebraska, he specialized in civic and education design—supporting feasibility planning, bonding processes, and ultimately guiding projects from concept through completion. Wyoming is now home, and his diverse portfolio includes civic, financial, industrial, brewery, and other commercial project types. Jamie's ability to coordinate design team responsibilities, manage project resources, and maintain clear communication with clients consistently supports the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

His client-centered approach focuses on understanding each client’s vision, goals, and operational needs, then transforming them into creative, practical design solutions. From early concept development through construction completion, he provides steady leadership, clear communication, and strategic oversight to ensure projects remain aligned with budget, schedule, and purpose. His experience spans healthcare, K–12 education, higher education, residential, military, civic and government, corporate, institutional, and other project types.
