FirsTier Bank 

We partnered with FirsTier Bank, a dynamic and expanding regional institution, to design their newest branch located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, CO. From the outset, the bank emphasized their desire for a space that balances modern functionality with the timeless character of traditional banking environments. Drawing inspiration from the angular geometry of the tenant infill space and the distinctive colors and forms of the FirsTier logo, our design team developed a cohesive architectural language that reflects the brand’s identity. The result is a modern yet inviting branch that honors the legacy of community banking while embracing the future. This project also established a company design standard that can be adapted across future locations, supporting FirsTier Bank’s continued growth with consistency and flexibility.
