Holly Frontier Professional Building

The Holly Frontier Refining Office Building is a three‑story, 85‑office facility that brings the HollyFrontier staff together under one roof at their regional headquarters in Cheyenne, WY. Designed to unify management and support teams, the building provides a professional, efficient environment that strengthens collaboration across the organization.

 

The program includes private offices, 2,500 square feet of open office space, a training room, central filing room, multiple conference rooms, and a variety of support spaces. A large atrium connects the administrative wing with the engineering and support staff areas. Expansive glazing and a clean, modern aesthetic reinforce the company’s culture of teamwork, safety, inclusion, and integrity.

 

Informal collaboration zones are strategically carved throughout the building, giving employees flexible spaces to meet, connect, and adapt their work environment as needs evolve. The project began with an in‑depth programming phase, during which the design team closely studied how employees interact with their workplace and with one another. This understanding shaped a design tailored to the daily activities, movement patterns, and operational rhythms of the building’s occupants.
