Regional West Medical Center NICU

This 2,000‑square‑foot, owner‑occupied remodel for Western Nebraska's only birth and infant care center required an aggressive and highly compressed schedule, prompting the design team to move quickly in developing construction documents. Close coordination with staff and administration ensured that programming needs were fully understood and that construction could proceed while maintaining a fully operational care environment.

The design creates a welcoming and comforting space for patients and families, while also improving workflow efficiency for medical staff. Despite the challenges of working within an active healthcare setting, the project was completed with minimal disruptions and met the needs of all stakeholders. Our team provided full architectural design services, project management, construction administration, and interior design.
